PowerBuggies Outdoor Classes - Beginners (60 min)


This
exercise class is designed for postpartum mums in all fitness levels. PowerBuggies incorporates the environment, resistance tubing and the buggy to get an all-over body workout in 60 minutes.

Classes consist of a combination of cardiovascular, abdominal exercise and strength-training to target all of the major muscle groups – all essential for the bending and lifting and everyday activities. 
The exercises are chosen to address the changes to our body that have taken place during pregnancy and following birth.   

Mums must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to participate.

PowerBuggies outdoor classes Advanced (60 min) 

Using the outdoors, the same interval based PowerBuggies class picks up the intensity for a more advanced class catering for those who are fitter.

The emphasis is on increasing cardiovascular endurance, muscle strengthening and core strength.  The classes include more challenging muscle strengthening and abdominal exercises to assist mums with weight management, muscle toning, and improved stamina for everyday challenges.

Mums must be at least 16 weeks postpartum and have completed at least 6 weeks of PowerBuggies Outdoor Classes (60 min) classes, or an equivalent exercise program.
